Homemade Grape Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grape pulp (from Muscat or Concord grapes)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Grape skins

Method

  1. 1 Press the pulp from the grapes to separate it from the seeds.
  2. 2 Cook the grape skins in water until tender.
  3. 3 Add the grape pulp to the skins and cook until tender.
  4. 4 Stir in the sugar and boil the mixture until it thickens.
