Homemade Grape Jam
Ingredients
- 1 cup grape pulp (from Muscat or Concord grapes)
- 1 cup sugar
- Grape skins
Method
- 1 Press the pulp from the grapes to separate it from the seeds.
- 2 Cook the grape skins in water until tender.
- 3 Add the grape pulp to the skins and cook until tender.
- 4 Stir in the sugar and boil the mixture until it thickens.
