Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 quart cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
Method
- 1 Pick over and wash the cranberries in cold water.
- 2 Place berries in a saucepan with enough water to cover them.
- 3 Cook until tender, then add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- 4 Serve hot or cold. For jelly, strain and cool in a mold.
