Hickory Nut Kisses
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups hickory nuts, chopped fine
- 6 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons flour
Method
- 1 Beat egg whites lightly.
- 2 Add sugar, then nut kernels, and finally the flour.
- 3 Drop mixture onto greased tins.
- 4 Bake in a moderate oven at 350°F.
