Hickory Nut Kisses

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups hickory nuts, chopped fine
• 6 egg whites
• 3 tablespoons flour

Method

1. 1 Beat egg whites lightly.
2. 2 Add sugar, then nut kernels, and finally the flour.
3. 3 Drop mixture onto greased tins.
4. 4 Bake in a moderate oven at 350°F.
