Herbed Spanish Onion And Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 small Spanish onion
- 1 medium-sized potato
- 1/4 oz butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch mixed herbs
- A little milk
- 1/2 pint water
Method
- 1 Cut up the onion and potato. Place in a saucepan with water and mixed herbs.
- 2 Cook until vegetables are tender.
- 3 Rub the vegetables through a sieve back into the saucepan.
- 4 Stir in butter, salt, pepper, and a little milk. Serve hot.
