Herb Stewed Veal, Lamb, Or Pork
Ingredients
- veal, lamb, or pork, cut into small pieces
- salt and pepper
- water
- flour
- milk
- fresh parsley
- fresh thyme
- butter
Method
- 1 Cut the meat into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Place the meat in a pot and add enough water to cover it. Cook for 30 minutes.
- 3 Stir in a thickening mixture of flour and milk, along with parsley, thyme, and a piece of butter if the meat is not fatty.
- 4 Transfer the stew to a deep dish to serve.
