Herb Omelette With Butter
Ingredients
- 6-8 eggs
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
Method
- 1 Crack eggs into a bowl, add chopped parsley, chives, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- 2 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat until it foams and turns lightly golden brown.
- 3 Pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently with a spatula until just set but still slightly moist.
- 4 Fold the omelette in half and slide onto a warm plate. Serve immediately.
