Herb Omelette With Butter

  • 6-8 eggs
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method

  1. 1 Crack eggs into a bowl, add chopped parsley, chives, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  2. 2 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat until it foams and turns lightly golden brown.
  3. 3 Pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently with a spatula until just set but still slightly moist.
  4. 4 Fold the omelette in half and slide onto a warm plate. Serve immediately.
