Herb Mayo Stuffed Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- eggs (1 per person)
- mayonnaise sauce
- chopped herbs
- chopped lettuce
Method
- 1 Hard-boil eggs, cool in water, then peel.
- 2 Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
- 3 Crumble yolks with chopped herbs and mayonnaise.
- 4 Fill egg whites with mixture and serve on lettuce.
