Herb Crusted Pork Cutlets With Mustard Shallot Gravy
Ingredients
- pork loin or neck, cut into cutlets
- fresh parsley, chopped
- fresh sage, chopped
- fresh thyme, chopped
- bread crumbs
- black pepper
- salt
- mustard
- butter
- shallot, minced
- gravy
Method
- 1 Remove skin from pork loin or neck and cut into cutlets.
- 2 Mix chopped parsley, sage, thyme, bread crumbs, pepper, and salt. Season cutlets with this mixture.
- 3 Broil the cutlets until cooked through.
- 4 Prepare sauce by combining mustard, butter, minced shallot, and gravy. Heat until hot.
- 5 Serve the cutlets hot with the mustard sauce poured over them.
