Herb Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lump butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Minced parsley
- Lemon juice
- 1 raw slice onion
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a double saucepan.
- 2 Flavor with salt, pepper, minced parsley (rubbed on a raw onion slice), and lemon juice.
- 3 Mix with a fork and serve warm, ensuring it does not bubble.
