Herb Butter Sauce With Lemon
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Method
- 1 Rub butter to a cream in a bowl.
- 2 Add salt, pepper, and finely chopped parsley; mix well.
- 3 Slowly stir in lemon juice until combined.
- 4 Spread sauce onto hot broiled meat or fish to melt.
