  • 3-4 leeks, cut into moderate pieces
  • 1 whole green cabbage, cut into quarters
  • Potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces

Method

  1. 1 Place beef, salt pork, and mutton in a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil, skimming off any foam that rises.
