Method

  1. 1 Cut the duck meat into pieces and toss them in flour.
  2. 2 Place the duck in a stewpan with gravy, a splash of red wine, chopped shallot, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3 Add the duck pieces and toss to coat in the sauce. Remove the lemon slice.
