Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Ensure haricot beans and spinach are previously cooked, seasoned, and finely minced.
  2. 2 In a bowl, mix the minced beans and spinach with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3 Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks and stir them into the bean and spinach mixture.
  4. 4 Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks (a stiff froth).
