Hard Boiled Eggs With Leek And Parsley Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley, minced
- 2 leeks, minced
- 2 young onions, minced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Fry the minced parsley, leeks, and young onions in a pan until softened.
- 2 Transfer the fried vegetables to a dish and season with salt and pepper.
- 3 Arrange the halved hard-boiled eggs on top of the vegetables.
- 4 Mix the mustard into the remaining pan juices to form a sauce.
- 5 Pour the hot mustard sauce over the eggs and serve immediately.
