Ham Toast With Soft Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • cold cooked ham, chopped fine
  • slices of bread
  • butter, for toasting bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method

  1. 1 Toast and butter slices of bread. Spread the chopped ham on the toast and place in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
  2. 2 Beat 4 eggs with a cup of milk and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Pour in the egg mixture and stir over heat until thickened, but do not let it boil.
