Ham Salad With Walnuts And Pickles
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/3 cup drained French peas
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped English walnuts or hickory nuts
- 1 pimento, chopped
- 2 small sweet pickles, chopped
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- Mayonnaise dressing, as needed
Method
- 1 Chop the ham, peas, celery, nuts, pimento, pickles, and hard-boiled egg separately.
- 2 Just before serving, combine all chopped ingredients in a bowl.
- 3 Toss with mayonnaise dressing until well coated. Serve immediately.
