Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped ham
  • 1 tablespoon fine bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon cream or milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for toast
  • 2 slices toast
  • 2 eggs for poaching

Method

  1. 1 Mix chopped ham with bread crumbs softened in cream or milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Heat the ham mixture thoroughly in a pan.
