Ham Bone Potato And Onion Stew
Ingredients
- meat from a ham bone
- water
- 1 onion, sliced
- potatoes, sliced
Method
- 1 Cut the meat off the ham bone into small pieces.
- 2 Place the meat in a pot with cold water to cover and bring to a boil.
- 3 Pour off the initial water, then add enough hot water to make a sufficient stew.
- 4 Add sliced onion and potatoes to the pot and simmer until tender.
