Ham And Tomato Rice
Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 cup canned tomatoes, rubbed through a sieve
- 1/2 cup cold boiled ham, chopped fine
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Method
- 1 Chop the onion and green pepper fine. Place them in a saucepan.
- 2 Add the sieved tomatoes and chopped ham to the saucepan. Cook slowly for ten minutes.
- 3 Add the cooked rice, salt, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
- 4 Heat the mixture until very hot and serve.
