Ham And Potato Hash With Baked Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped boiled ham
- 1 cup mashed potato
- 1 cup cracker or bread crumbs
- Water as needed
- 1/4 teaspoon beef extract
- Eggs
Method
- 1 Mix chopped ham, mashed potato, crumbs, water, and beef extract. Season well.
- 2 Pour mixture into a deep plate, smooth the top, and make indentations for eggs.
- 3 Heat in oven until hot, then crack an egg into each indentation.
- 4 Return to oven and bake until eggs are cooked.
