Ham And Pork Potato Hash
Ingredients
- scraps of cold pork
- scraps of cold ham
- chopped potato
- water
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1 Chop the cold pork and ham scraps very fine.
- 2 Place the meat in a frying pan with a very little water and cook for a few minutes.
- 3 Add twice the amount of chopped potato to the pan.
- 4 Season with salt and pepper to taste, then fry until hot and serve.
