  • scraps of cold ham
  • chopped potato
  • water
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. 1 Chop the cold pork and ham scraps very fine.
  2. 2 Place the meat in a frying pan with a very little water and cook for a few minutes.
  3. 3 Add twice the amount of chopped potato to the pan.
  4. 4 Season with salt and pepper to taste, then fry until hot and serve.
