Ingredients

  • 3 sweet green peppers
  • Butter
  • 6 thin slices of ham
  • 3 slices of toast
  • 3 eggs

Method

  1. 1 Split the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. 2 Fry the peppers in very hot butter for two minutes.
  3. 3 Fry the ham slices and place them on the toast.
  4. 4 Lay the fried peppers over the ham.
  5. 5 Top each slice with a fried or poached egg.
