Ham And Pepper Egg Toast
Ingredients
- 3 sweet green peppers
- Butter
- 6 thin slices of ham
- 3 slices of toast
- 3 eggs
Method
- 1 Split the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- 2 Fry the peppers in very hot butter for two minutes.
- 3 Fry the ham slices and place them on the toast.
- 4 Lay the fried peppers over the ham.
- 5 Top each slice with a fried or poached egg.
