Ham And Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- ½ lb noodles
- 1½ cups cooked ham, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1½ cups milk
Method
- 1 Cook noodles in salted boiling water until soft. Drain and rinse in a colander.
- 2 Grease a casserole dish. Layer the noodles and diced ham alternately inside.
- 3 Beat eggs with milk and pour the mixture evenly over the noodles and ham.
- 4 Place the casserole in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
