Ingredients

  • ½ lb noodles
  • 1½ cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1½ cups milk

Method

  1. 1 Cook noodles in salted boiling water until soft. Drain and rinse in a colander.
  2. 2 Grease a casserole dish. Layer the noodles and diced ham alternately inside.
  3. 3 Beat eggs with milk and pour the mixture evenly over the noodles and ham.
  4. 4 Place the casserole in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
