Ham And Mustard Stuffed Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup stale bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup lean ham, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 raw egg
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • fat for frying
  • parsley for garnish

Method

  1. 1 Cook bread crumbs and milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a smooth paste forms.
  2. 2 Remove from heat and stir in ham, mustard, cayenne pepper, and raw egg until well combined.
  3. 3 Peel the hard-boiled eggs and coat each one thoroughly with the ham mixture.
