Ham And Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold ham, minced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/8 tsp salt
Method
- 1 Mince the cold ham finely.
- 2 Chop the hard-boiled eggs finely.
- 3 Combine ham, eggs, mustard, vinegar, and salt in a bowl.
- 4 Press the mixture into a mold and chill until firm.
- 5 Slice thinly or spread on bread for sandwiches.
