  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup finely chopped ham

Method

  1. 1 Beat the eggs, salt, milk, and pepper together until very light and frothy.
  2. 2 Heat butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. 3 Pour in the egg mixture and shake the pan constantly as it cooks.
