Ham And Egg Omelet
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup finely chopped ham
Method
- 1 Beat the eggs, salt, milk, and pepper together until very light and frothy.
- 2 Heat butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- 3 Pour in the egg mixture and shake the pan constantly as it cooks.
- 4 Once set, sprinkle the chopped ham over one half and roll up like a jelly roll.
- 5 Cut into slices and serve immediately.
