Ham And Egg Muffin Cups
Ingredients
- 1 pint cooked ham, chopped
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- Milk, as needed
- 1 egg per patty
- Cracker crumbs, for topping
Method
- 1 Mix the chopped cooked ham with bread crumbs and enough milk to bind the mixture.
- 2 Spoon the mixture into gem pans or muffin tins.
- 3 Break one egg over each patty.
- 4 Sprinkle the top thickly with cracker crumbs.
- 5 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until browned and heated through.
