Ingredients

  • 1 pint cooked ham, chopped
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • Milk, as needed
  • 1 egg per patty
  • Cracker crumbs, for topping

Method

  1. 1 Mix the chopped cooked ham with bread crumbs and enough milk to bind the mixture.
  2. 2 Spoon the mixture into gem pans or muffin tins.
  3. 3 Break one egg over each patty.
  4. 4 Sprinkle the top thickly with cracker crumbs.
  5. 5 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until browned and heated through.
