Ham And Egg Casserole With Beef Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup thick gravy
- 1 tsp beef extract
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop the ham and hard-boiled eggs finely.
- 2 In a bowl, combine the chopped ham, eggs, and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3 Heat the thick gravy and stir in the beef extract until well blended.
- 4 Pour the gravy over the ham mixture and stir to combine thoroughly.
- 5 Transfer the mixture into greased pepper shells or a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
