Ham And Cheese Stuffed Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup finely chopped ham
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon mustard
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- finely grated cheese, for rolling
Method
- 1 Boil eggs hard for 10-12 minutes, then cool and peel.
- 2 Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
- 3 Sieve yolks into a bowl and mix with ham, onion, pepper, salt, paprika, mustard, and mayonnaise.
- 4 Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture, mounding high.
- 5 Roll filled eggs in grated cheese and dust with paprika.
- 6 Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
