Ham And Cheese Stuffed Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup finely chopped ham
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • finely grated cheese, for rolling

Method

  1. 1 Boil eggs hard for 10-12 minutes, then cool and peel.
  2. 2 Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  3. 3 Sieve yolks into a bowl and mix with ham, onion, pepper, salt, paprika, mustard, and mayonnaise.
  4. 4 Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture, mounding high.
  5. 5 Roll filled eggs in grated cheese and dust with paprika.
  6. 6 Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
