  • butter (1 piece per egg)
  • ham slices (1 per egg)
  • eggs (1 per serving)

Method

  1. 1 Place butter in a frying pan, using one piece the size of a nut for each egg.
  2. 2 Add a slice of ham on top of each butter piece.
  3. 3 Break an egg onto each slice of ham.
  4. 4 Cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes.
