Ham And Butter Basted Eggs
Ingredients
- butter (1 piece per egg)
- ham slices (1 per egg)
- eggs (1 per serving)
Method
- 1 Place butter in a frying pan, using one piece the size of a nut for each egg.
- 2 Add a slice of ham on top of each butter piece.
- 3 Break an egg onto each slice of ham.
- 4 Cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes.
