Ham And Beet Salad With Sour Apple
Ingredients
- celery, chopped coarsely
- endive, chopped coarsely
- olive oil
- vinegar
- mustard
- boiled ham, chopped
- sour apple, diced
- tarragon
- mayonnaise
- small potatoes, boiled and sliced
- beets, sliced
Method
- 1 Chop celery and endive coarsely. Toss with oil, vinegar, and mustard. Let sit for one hour.
- 2 Just before serving, add chopped boiled ham, diced sour apple, tarragon, and mayonnaise. Toss to combine.
- 3 Arrange sliced boiled potatoes and beet slices in an alternating border around the salad.
