Halibut And Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked halibut
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- A few drops onion juice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 pimentos
- Lettuce leaves
- 1-2 cucumbers
- French dressing
Method
- 1 Flake the cooked halibut while hot and marinate with oil, lemon juice, onion juice, salt, and pepper.
- 2 Allow the fish to cool, then drain and mix with sliced pimentos.
- 3 Arrange lettuce leaves upright in the center of a serving dish.
- 4 Place the halibut and pimento mixture around the lettuce.
- 5 Arrange cucumber cubes mixed with French dressing around the fish.
