Gruyere Cheese Souffle

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tsp flour
  • 4 whole eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Grate 8 oz Gruyere cheese.
  2. 2 Mix 4 tsp flour into 1 cup milk.
  3. 3 Beat 4 whole eggs, then add the cheese and the milk-flour mixture.
  4. 4 Season with salt and pepper, then pour into a mold.
  5. 5 Cook in a saucepan of boiling water for 1.5 hours.
  6. 6 Transfer to a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
