Gruyere Cheese Souffle
Ingredients
- 8 oz Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tsp flour
- 4 whole eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Grate 8 oz Gruyere cheese.
- 2 Mix 4 tsp flour into 1 cup milk.
- 3 Beat 4 whole eggs, then add the cheese and the milk-flour mixture.
- 4 Season with salt and pepper, then pour into a mold.
- 5 Cook in a saucepan of boiling water for 1.5 hours.
- 6 Transfer to a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
