Ground Beef And Vegetable Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound onion, sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound 90% lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can low-sodium tomato soup
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2 Layer the sliced onions, potatoes, carrots, and black pepper in the bottom of the prepared dish.
- 3 Spread the browned and drained ground beef evenly over the vegetable layer.
- 4 Add the green beans on top of the beef, then pour the tomato soup over everything.
- 5 Cover the dish and bake for 45 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- 6 Uncover and bake for 15 additional minutes to heat through and brown slightly.
