- maître d'hôtel butter (butter, salt, chopped parsley, lemon juice)
Method
- 1 Grill slices of fat veal until cooked through.
- 2 Cook sliced tomatoes with butter, pepper, and salt in a hot oven (425°F) on a flat dish.
- 3 Garnish the veal with the cooked tomatoes, laying them on top of each slice.
- 4 Pour maître d'hôtel butter (butter, salt, chopped parsley, and lemon juice) over the dish.
