Grilled Oysters On Toast With Butter And Parsley
Ingredients
- oysters
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- finely chopped parsley
- slice of lemon
- toast
Method
- 1 Heat a griddle until very hot. Pat oysters dry and place on the griddle to brown slightly on one side.
- 2 Turn oysters to brown the other side. Lift them off the griddle once slightly browned.
- 3 Place oysters on a piece of toast. Baste with melted butter and garnish with chopped parsley and a lemon slice.
