Grilled Cheese Sandwich With Peaches And Spinach
Ingredients
- 8 slices whole grain bread
- 1 (15-oz) can peaches, drained
- 7 1/2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- Spinach, handfuls
Method
- 1 Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 2 Place 4 bread slices in the pan. Top each with cheese, spinach, peach slices, more cheese, and a second bread slice.
- 3 Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
