Grilled Beefsteaks With Shallot
Ingredients
- Beefsteaks
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped shallot (optional)
Method
- 1 Place steaks on a gridiron over a clear fire.
- 2 Turn steaks every two or three minutes to retain juices.
- 3 Remove from heat and rub with a small bit of butter.
- 4 Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped shallot if desired.
