Griddle Corn Cakes With Butter
Ingredients
- 1 quart grated corn
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Combine grated corn, melted butter, flour, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2 Heat a griddle over medium heat.
- 3 Pour batter onto the griddle to form cakes.
- 4 Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- 5 Serve immediately.
