Griddle Buckwheat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 quart buckwheat meal
- 1 large spoonful yeast
- Salt to taste
- Cold water
Method
- 1 Combine buckwheat meal, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- 2 Mix in cold water to form a batter.
- 3 Let the batter rise until well aerated.
- 4 Cook on a hot griddle, turning once.
