Green Gage Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Green gages
- Sugar
- Cream
Method
- 1 Press green gages through a sieve to create pulp.
- 2 Add sugar to half the cream and stir in a double boiler until sugar dissolves.
- 3 Allow the sugar-cream mixture to cool, then stir in the remaining cream.
- 4 When the mixture is partly frozen, stir in the green gage pulp.
- 5 Finish freezing according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
