Green Gage Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Green gages
  • Sugar
  • Cream

Method

  1. 1 Press green gages through a sieve to create pulp.
  2. 2 Add sugar to half the cream and stir in a double boiler until sugar dissolves.
  3. 3 Allow the sugar-cream mixture to cool, then stir in the remaining cream.
  4. 4 When the mixture is partly frozen, stir in the green gage pulp.
  5. 5 Finish freezing according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
