Green Currant Pie With Orange Peel

- green currants, stemmed and scalded
- pie crust
- sugar
- water
- flour
- orange peel
Method
- 1 Stem green currants and scald them, then let them stand for a while.
- 2 Pour off the water from the currants.
- 3 Line pie plates with crust and add the prepared currants.
- 4 Sweeten the currants well, then add a little water, a dusting of flour, and a little orange peel.
