Green Cream Cheese Bird Nest Salad

Ingredients

• cream cheese
• green food coloring paste
• lettuce leaves
• French dressing
• black pepper
• white pepper
• red pepper

Method

1. 1 Mix green coloring paste into cream cheese until it resembles bird eggs.
2. 2 Roll the colored cream cheese into small balls using the back of a butter pat.
3. 3 Arrange crimped lettuce leaves on a dish to form nests and moisten with French dressing.
4. 4 Place five cheese balls in each lettuce nest. Optionally fleck with black, white, or red pepper.
