Green Corn Pudding With Melted Butter
Ingredients
- 1 pint uncooked green corn, grated or cut from the cob
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 pint milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine corn, flour, milk, eggs, butter, salt, and pepper.
- 2 Pour mixture into a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven until firm in the center.
