Green Banana And Coconut Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 6 not too ripe bananas
- 2 green mango peppers
- ½ inch green ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sliced onion
- butter or Crisco
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut
Method
- 1 Cut bananas into pieces and soak in weak salt water for a while.
- 2 Slice green mango peppers and green ginger; cut garlic into tiny bits.
- 3 Brown the sliced onion in butter or Crisco.
- 4 Add bananas, peppers, ginger, and garlic to the pan.
- 5 When the fruit softens, stir in the coconut and cook for a few minutes longer.
