Ingredients

  • 6 not too ripe bananas
  • 2 green mango peppers
  • ½ inch green ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sliced onion
  • butter or Crisco
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut

Method

  1. 1 Cut bananas into pieces and soak in weak salt water for a while.
  2. 2 Slice green mango peppers and green ginger; cut garlic into tiny bits.
  3. 3 Brown the sliced onion in butter or Crisco.
  4. 4 Add bananas, peppers, ginger, and garlic to the pan.
