Gravy Scrambled Eggs On Toast
Ingredients
- 1 slice fried or toasted bread
- 1 tablespoon gravy
- 1 oz butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
Method
- 1 Break the eggs into a bowl and add the gravy, salt, and pepper.
- 2 Melt the butter in a small frying pan over medium heat.
- 3 Pour in the egg mixture and stir quickly from the bottom until a soft yellow mass forms.
- 4 Spread the eggs onto the toast and serve immediately.
