Grated Onion Tartare Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup salad oil
- 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 3 onions, grated
- 1 large sour pickle, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1 In a soup plate, combine evaporated milk, mustard, paprika, and white pepper.
- 2 Beat in salad oil gradually until mixed.
- 3 Stir in chopped parsley, grated onions, chopped pickle, vinegar, and salt.
- 4 Mix well and serve cold.
