Grated Corn Fritters
Ingredients
- 4 large ears of corn, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- 1 Grate the corn from the ears and combine with eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- 2 Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- 3 Heat oil in a skillet and fry small flat cakes of the mixture until golden brown on both sides.
