Ingredients

  • 4 large ears of corn, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  1. 1 Grate the corn from the ears and combine with eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2 Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
