Grape Lemon Sherbet
Ingredients
- sugar
- water
- lemon juice
- grape juice (or fresh Muscatel or Concord grapes)
Method
- 1 Boil sugar and water together for five minutes, then remove from heat.
- 2 Add lemon juice and skim the mixture.
- 3 Let the syrup cool completely.
- 4 Stir in grape juice (or prepared grape pulp) and freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
