Grape Lemon Sherbet

Ingredients

  • sugar
  • water
  • lemon juice
  • grape juice (or fresh Muscatel or Concord grapes)

Method

  1. 1 Boil sugar and water together for five minutes, then remove from heat.
  2. 2 Add lemon juice and skim the mixture.
  3. 3 Let the syrup cool completely.
  4. 4 Stir in grape juice (or prepared grape pulp) and freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
