Graham Flour Popovers
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 pint whole milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup graham flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush a popover pan with melted butter and heat in the oven.
- 2 Beat eggs until light, then mix in sugar, milk, and salt.
- 3 Stir in graham and all-purpose flour until smooth. Beat in melted butter.
- 4 Fill cups half full and bake for 50 minutes until puffed and golden.
