Graham Flour Popovers

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 pint whole milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush a popover pan with melted butter and heat in the oven.
  2. 2 Beat eggs until light, then mix in sugar, milk, and salt.
  3. 3 Stir in graham and all-purpose flour until smooth. Beat in melted butter.
  4. 4 Fill cups half full and bake for 50 minutes until puffed and golden.
